Read cash, bonus and available funds separately
The cash balance records real-money funds, while a bonus balance records credit governed by a promotion. A wallet display that adds them together gives a larger figure than cash alone. The withdrawal screen identifies the amount the account allows you to request.
An instructional wallet with ₦6,000 cash and ₦2,000 promotional credit has a combined display of ₦8,000. The promotional portion still carries its offer conditions. Treating the full displayed total as cash would overstate the cash portion by ₦2,000.

The example explains labels, not a live offer or a promise of withdrawal approval. It also shows why adding the combined total to the cash amount counts the same cash twice. A balance breakdown is easier to interpret than one large number at the top of an app.
A free-bet token is another funding label. Its face value is the stake available for an eligible bet. The token’s settlement rule determines what happens to any winnings. Cash, bonus credit and token value should retain their own labels when you review the account.
Withdrawing cash while a bonus is active
Betano Nigeria states that withdrawing real balance with an active bonus forfeits the bonus and its accumulated winnings. Its help page describes a warning and a password confirmation before that action proceeds. Once confirmed and processed, the forfeiture is permanent under that rule.
That decision has two amounts: the requested cash and the promotional funds being given up. An operator warning should identify the consequence before you accept it. A cash request does not turn the attached bonus into cash merely because both balances appeared on the wallet screen.

Trace a balance change back to its bet
A settled bet needs a funding source and a credited destination. A cash-funded stake, bonus-funded stake and token-funded stake can be shown differently in account history. The bet ID links the sporting result with the wallet entry generated by its settlement.
For a balance query, compare the stake source, settled return and destination shown in the account. A missing promotional amount calls for the promotion record; a missing cash credit calls for the cash transaction entry. This keeps two possible problems from becoming one unclear “balance is wrong” message.
A support enquiry should name the bet and the figure you expected, with the reason for that expectation. If a withdrawal warning was accepted, include that request ID too. The sequence helps explain whether the change followed a bet result or a promotion action.
