A quote can expire while you confirm
Cash-out value is calculated from current odds. Bet9ja applies a delay before accepting a request. If a price moves or a market suspends during that delay, the requested amount may fail. An on-screen figure is therefore not a completed credit.
Bet9ja’s terms state that a successful cash out is displayed and the bet settles immediately. The stated amount is the total returned to your account. If the request fails, check for a completed-status message before trying again.
A suspended button can reappear at a new amount when the market reopens. It can also remain absent. Treat a cash-out amount as account money only after acceptance appears in the history. The account history is the record of whether the request succeeded.
Repeatedly refreshing the page will not create a quote if the bookmaker has removed the market from cash out. Check whether your bet is still marked open. What happens when cash out never returns?
