Key responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

– Build and lead a team of high-performing sales executives

– Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients

– Create and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals

– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

– Forecast sales revenue and report on key performance indicators

– Cultivate relationships with key accounts and industry partners

The ideal candidate is a sales virtuoso with a passion for business growth and a track record of exceeding targets. You have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to communicate complex growth strategies in a compelling way. Most importantly, you have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to improve your skills and drive better results.

Requirements:

– 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role

– Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

– Strong understanding of digital marketing, business scaling, and growth strategies

– Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

– Outstanding communication and presentation skills

– Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools

– Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

– A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
